2025 Chili Cook Off Entry Form

Please fill out this form to reserve your spot in the Chili Cook Off (spots are capped at 20 entries).
Funds raised from the Chili Cook Off will go to the Kentucky Immersion Experience June 21 - June 28. Our congregation helps out the Cordia School and Lotts Creek community in Eastern KY with a mission trip every summer. These funds will help offset the cost of the trip.
There are options for payment to keep your spot:
1. Select Pay Now ($10) now through Credit Card.
2. Select Pay Later ($0) and drop off $10 to the church office or pay online at the church website by clicking "Click to Give Online" and select "Give to Non-Tax Exempt" and please type "2025 Chili Cook Off Entry Fee" in the comments.
Registration must be paid by March 9 or your spot will become available for an additional registrant.
